Crawling
Sebastian is officially crawling all around the house! I was hoping that he would stay put for a little while longer, but he has his sister to keep up with. It's funny because he crawls on his toes, he looks like a little monkey crawling around the house.
Time to get the gates back in place...ugh!

Pulling Up
Sebastian is now pulling up on everything! He is so close to crawling as well, which is sweet sorrow for me! As soon as he is mobile, we'll have to watch him like a hawk. He is still such a sweet little boy, he is aways willing to give you snuggles and has such a great smile!
He has had lots of new foods as well. So far, we haven't found one that he doesn't like or that he is allergic too. His foods now include: Puffs, bananas, sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, pears, apples, oatmeal, rice, and prunes. I love my new baby food cooker that my mom gave me, it is so easy to make all of his foods!

Spring Break
This has been a crazy time of year for us. Maddie was off for two weeks for Passover and Easter break. First Aunt Eirin came down to visit, then it was Brad's birthday and Uncle Dave and Brett came to visit, then we headed to Tallahassee for a week while Brad was working! When we got home we went to the new Sesame Street section of Busch Gardens and the Shriners Circus. Whew, that was a lot! Now we are trying to get settled back into our schedule.

We had a great birthday for Brad! His brother, Dave and Friend, Brett came into town for the weekend and we took all went out for Sushi. It was really fun when we made Brad do sake bombs! :)
Saturday we had a beach BBQ with our friends to celebrate! It was wonderful weather! Thanks to everybody that made the weekend a special event!

Passover
We had a lovely Seder with the family tonight! It was fun having Maddie find the Matzah and when she hid it from us it was too funny! We said "where should we look for the Matzah?" and she piped up "IT'S IN MY ROOM!!" lol When we entered her room, we said "where could it be?" and she said, "it's right there!" Brad and I laughed and laughed! She is so super cute!
She was getting a little bored with all of the reading, so next year we need to find a haggadah that is for children. Thank goodness the JCC sent home a little booklet that we were able to use.

First Antibiotics for both Maddie and Sebastian
We have all been struggling with sickness since the middle of January. Finally, Maddie, Sebastian, and myself were put on antibiotics. In addition, Maddie and Sebastian both had RSV and had to have nebulizer treatments. Sebastian had ear infections in both ears! Poor little guy. What was worse was that Sebastian had a reaction to the antibiotics which cause him to have bloody stools. Our doctor immediately took him off the antibiotics and I just went back for a check-up and all is fine.
All this makes you think, I nurse him and make/give him all organic food so he can have the best diet then I feed him this nasty pink medicine that makes him bleed. I guess you can't always protect your kids.
Maddie is doing fine now, she really liked her bubblegum flavored medicine even asked for more when it was all gone! :) It was pretty amazing that she went more than 3 years without any antibiotics, wish I could say the same for Sebastian. :(
